AES’s Service Excellence Program includes an investment-grade energy efficiency audit annually, including a Health Check, Operations Review, and Technology Review.

Health Check: The AES annual audit includes a health-check review to provide an efficiency report card. Using that graded report, we can address performance gaps and identify areas that aren’t meeting optimum satisfaction. The Health Check can raise efficiencies to an A+ rating through adjustments made to controls and sensors, or by correcting service issues, before they become issues.
