SMALL BUSINESS DIRECT INSTALLATION PROGRAM
Small businesses using less than 100 kW each month can receive incentives covering up to 80% of total project costs for installing energy-efficient equipment, including LED lighting. This program is in coordination with EmPOWER Maryland. We will do the complicated stuff through our audit and present you with the most cost-efficient option.
PRESCRIPTIVE ENERGY EFFICIENCY INCENTIVES FOR LIGHTING
For existing facilities that are retrofitted with applicable LED lighting, incentives will cover a capped calculated project incentive or up to 50% of the total project cost with labor included (whichever is less). New construction projects are eligible for incentives covering up to 75% of the incremental project cost. All LED fixtures must be ENERGY STAR or DLC-listed. We will do the complicated stuff through our audit and present you with the most cost-efficient option. Incentives are offered via EmPOWER Maryland.
